Today is December 31st, the last day of the year and boy what a year its been!  My boomerang child moved back in, my mom took a nasty spill and wound up in the hospital, my youngest turned 16, and my middle child turned 21.  Oh yeah, and my blog disappeared!

For those of you that have been following me for a while you may have wondered why my site looks so ummmm bland and if most of the posts from 2014 were in hiding. Nope they are not hiding they have gone the way of the Dodo…kaput.  I tell people all the time, make sure to back up your site, but do I listen to my own advise?  That would be a big fat NO.  My site was last backed up in January of 2014…I guess I decided at that point that I was immune to website issues and just stopped.  Or maybe subconsciously I made a New Year’s resolution to put myself and my precious words at risk…yep that’s it!

So now that my bloggy pitty party is over (aren’t you glad you were invited?) I’m going to look foward to 2015 and what it will bring.
